EnquireNova Eye Medical is an Adelaide-based medical technology company that designs and manufactures devices for surgeons treating glaucoma, the second-leading cause of blindness in the developed world. Its flagship product, iTrack Advance, is a minimally invasive canaloplasty device that restores the eye's natural drainage pathway without cutting tissue or leaving an implant behind, and it can be performed at the same time as cataract surgery. The product is FDA cleared, EU MDR certified and reimbursed in the US under a Category 1 CPT code, positioning Nova Eye well in the fast-growing interventional glaucoma market. In FY26 revenue grew 26% to US$23.7M (A$34.6M), with gross margins of 72% and a positive EBITDA result in the second half. FY27 sales guidance (excluding China) is US$26M to US$31M, with positive EBITDA targeted for the full year.
