When you register to attend a lunch, enquire about hosting one, or contact us, we collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, city, sector interest, investor category, and any message you send us.
We use your information to match you with relevant investor lunches by sector and city, to communicate with you about invitations and enquiries, and to improve our service. We do not sell your personal information.
We may share limited information with the companies or IR firms hosting a lunch you attend, and with service providers who help us operate 708 Investor Lunches™ (such as email delivery and form processing providers), under obligations to protect your data.
If a lunch you attend is photographed, filmed, or recorded, we may collect your image, voice, and likeness as captured in that recording. As set out in our Terms of Use, by attending a lunch you consent to 708 Investor Lunches™ and the hosting company using and publishing this recording, including on our website, in marketing materials, and on social media.
Some of our service providers, such as our website hosting, database, and email delivery providers, may store or process your information outside Australia, including in the United States. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
We retain your information for as long as it is needed to provide our service, or until you ask us to delete it.
