708 Investor Lunches™ is operated by Humazing Pty Ltd. These terms govern your use of the 708 Lunches™ website and service. By signing up, enquiring, or otherwise using our service, you agree to these terms.
708 Investor Lunches™ connects investors with ASX-listed, Pre-IPO and Startup companies presenting over lunch, in person or virtual. Invitations are extended at our discretion, based on the sector, city, and investor category information you provide.
Companies and IR firms pay a fee to host a lunch through 708 Lunches™. Attendance is free for investors in most cases.
Signing up or enquiring does not guarantee that you will receive an invitation to any particular lunch, or a place at one. Invitations and final attendee lists depend on factors including venue capacity, demand, and how well your sector, city, and investor category align with a given lunch, and may also be subject to review or selection by representatives of the hosting company. 708 Investor Lunches™ and the hosting company each reserve the right to decline or withdraw an invitation, or to limit or adjust the final attendee list, at their discretion and without obligation to give a reason.
Some lunches may be limited to wholesale or sophisticated investors, as defined under applicable Australian law. It is your responsibility to accurately represent your investor category when signing up. 708 Investor Lunches™ does not verify investor category or eligibility to receive any offer. Where an offer of securities relies on an investor being a wholesale or sophisticated investor, verifying that eligibility is the responsibility of the presenting company and/or its broker, not 708 Investor Lunches™.

Invitations are non-transferable and personal to the named individual they are extended to. If a partner, colleague, or friend of yours would also like to attend, they must join the mailing list, be invited individually, and RSVP individually - an invitation issued to you cannot be passed on or used by anyone else. 708 Investor Lunches™ may, at its sole discretion, offer additional invitations (for example, to a partner or guest), and any such additional invitation is only valid if extended directly by us.
If you RSVP to a lunch and do not attend without notifying us beforehand, we may take this into account when considering future invitations, and repeated no-shows may result in fewer or no further invitations being extended to you.
All content on this website, including the 708 Investor Lunches™ name and branding, is owned by 708 Investor Lunches™ or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
Lunches may be photographed, filmed, or recorded, whether held in person or virtually. By attending a lunch, you consent to 708 Lunches™ and the hosting company capturing your image, voice, and likeness as part of that recording, and to us using and publishing the recording - in full or as edited excerpts - on our website, in marketing materials, and on social media (including but not limited to LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X), without further notice to you and without payment or other compensation. If you would prefer not to appear in any recording, please let us know before the lunch begins so we can make reasonable arrangements, such as seating you outside camera view where practicable.
Lunches may be rescheduled or cancelled at the discretion of 708 Lunches™ or the hosting company, including due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss arising from a cancellation or rescheduling.
708 Investor Lunches™is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website or attendance at a lunch.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
