About Antipa Minerals

Antipa is a Perth-based mineral exploration and development company, listed on the ASX in April 2011, that explores for gold, copper and silver in the Paterson Province of Western Australia. It holds a wholly owned land package of more than 4,500 km2 near Greatland's Telfer mine and the Havieron and Winu development projects. The company says its strategy is to find and develop a commercial mining operation by systematically exploring targets across the province.

Its main asset is the 100% owned Minyari Dome Project. It lies about 35 km north of Telfer and its 22 Mtpa processing facility, 28 km north of Havieron and 75 km south of Rio Tinto and Sumitomo's Winu project. The Mineral Resource estimate was updated in March 2026 and detailed in an ASX announcement dated 2 April 2026. It puts the combined Minyari Project at 68 Mt at 1.33 g/t for 2.9 Moz of gold, plus 91,000 t of copper, 880,000 oz of silver and 13,000 t of cobalt. The company reports this as 3.6 Moz gold equivalent. Indicated material accounts for 2.2 Moz of gold at 1.61 g/t.

A Scoping Study Update from October 2024 outlined a possible stand-alone open pit and underground operation. It would mine 30.2 Mt at 1.5 g/t for 1.5 Moz of gold over more than 10 years, processed at 3 Mtpa through a standard carbon-in-leach plant with an estimated gold recovery of 90%. The study estimated pre-production capital of A$306M, an average AISC of A$1,721/oz, and a post-tax NPV7 of A$1.8B with a 110% IRR at A$5,000/oz gold. During 2026 Antipa released announcements on pre-feasibility study test-work and development configuration.

Antipa's CY2025 drilling campaign comprised 615 holes for about 62,000 m. It aimed to grow resources at Minyari and the GEO-01 deposits and to test greenfield targets. These include Tim's Dome, 10 km northwest along strike from Telfer, and the Reaper-Poblano-Serrano (RPS) Trend, 30 km north of Minyari, which now carries an Inferred Resource of 230,000 oz of gold. In April 2026 the company announced a 41,000 m drilling campaign across the project. It reports a cash position of A$28M.
