About Falcon Metals

Falcon is a Melbourne-based mineral exploration company, listed on the ASX in December 2021, with gold and mineral sands projects in Victoria and a gold joint venture in Western Australia. Its main focus is the 100% owned Blue Moon Gold Project on exploration licence EL007839, which sits directly north of the historic Bendigo Goldfield, cited by the company as having produced 22 Moz of gold. The 174km² licence was granted for an initial five-year term in mid-2023.

Falcon developed the Blue Moon target from a 3D reconstruction of the Bendigo workings, historical reports and field mapping. It interprets the target as the northern down-plunge extension of the Garden Gully anticline, which produced 5.2 Moz at 15 g/t Au over 8km of strike. Drilling started in mid-2025. The first parent hole returned 0.3m at 48.7 g/t Au from 600m, and the first wedge hole, BMDD001W1, cut 1.2m at 543 g/t Au from 544.2m with visible gold. The company says more than 5km of strike remains open, with several parallel lines of reef still to be tested.

Falcon also holds the 100% owned Pyramid Hill Gold Project, covering more than 6,000km² mainly within Victoria's Bendigo Zone, which it says is the largest exploration licence holding of any company in that zone. Since 2018 it has drilled more than 2,000 holes there, defining prospects including Loddon Vale, Karri, Ironbark, Wandoo and Bamganie. Its 100% owned Farrelly Mineral Sands Project near Boort, announced as a discovery in May 2024, contains a high-grade Main Zone about 1,200m long and up to 600m north-south. Sighter metallurgical testwork found no notable processing issues, and follow-up drilling depends on securing land access.

In Western Australia, Falcon is earning up to 70% of E09/2457 at the Errabiddy Gold Project, a 621km² licence covering 64km of the Errabiddy shear zone about 220km northwest of Meekatharra. In November 2026 it reported earning a 51% interest and electing to proceed to Stage 2. Its first hole returned 12m at 2.8 g/t gold from surface, and a later hole returned 16m at 2.2 g/t gold 240m along strike at Olsen Well.
